The association hires a management company to provide services to the community. They provide the first point of contact for most issues. If they are unable to resolve your issue, please escalate to your Board of Directors.

  • $745/yr due January 2021 for 2021 calendar year pay for

    • Landscaping, Pool, Utilities, Management, Insurance, Admin, Reserves, etc

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors are your neighbors who have volunteered their time to provide direction for our community. The Board meets bi-monthly and communicates daily to review and manage the business of the association. Elections are held at our annual meeting at the beginning of each new year and terms are for 3 years and staggered.

Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) are neighbors who have volunteered their time to provide architectural guidance for the community. Please review the FAQ for most specific architectural guidance and the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions that apply to Trinity Crest. Download and submit an Architectural Request Form to the ACC & Management Company to begin the process.
